The UN Secretary General has blamed to the all parties in Syria's civil
war of violations of the international law over the relief of aid. Mr.
Ban Ki-moon advised the Security Council to proceed to implement the
resolution passed in February demanding the superior access.
However, in his second report to the council on the resolution, Mr Ban told the almost 3.5m civilians were being without the necessary aid, including the medical care facility and medicine. The campaigners said that the around 150,000 people have expired in the Syria's in three-year of civil war as well as millions of people have escaped from their homes as fighting shows no sign of easing.
