Ban Ki-Moon Says: All Parties in Syria Jamming Aid

The UN Secretary General has blamed to the all parties in Syria's civil war of violations of the international law over the relief of aid. Mr. Ban Ki-moon advised the Security Council to proceed to implement the resolution passed in February demanding the superior access.

However, in his second report to the council on the resolution, Mr Ban told the almost 3.5m civilians were being without the necessary aid, including the medical care facility and medicine. The campaigners said that the around 150,000 people have expired in the Syria's in three-year of civil war as well as millions of people have escaped from their homes as fighting shows no sign of easing.

In the international report illustrate by the international correspondence Mr. Nick Bryant at the UN as a powerful reprove, Mr Ban wrote that the Security Council must take action to deal with these shameless violations of the basic principles of international law.

However, the report did not identify about what measures the council should take. The resolution agreed in the February called on all the parties to permit aid to cross conflict lines and borders. Mr. Ban said the council that the Syria remains the tremendously challenging environment in which to work. Additionally, he said the situation was getting worse day by day.  International News
