War fleet Cmdr. Recovered from the Mudslide

The U.s. War fleet Cmdr. L. John Regelbrugge III was recouped Tuesday by three of his siblings and his child from the consequence of a huge mudslide in Washington state, one of the siblings told NBC News. 

"Today me and my two siblings and his son pulled body of John from the rubble," Greg Regelbrugge messaged to NBC News maker Diane Duthweiler. 

Greg Regelbrugge had held his hopes high on Sunday, a day after the slide crushed a region around rural Oso, Wash. "In the event that no one could have survived it, it's him," he said of John, who was in the Navy for past 32 years. His son further added that he is a committed father and a strong man. Assuming that there was a way to pull himself out of this, he will.

Authorities on Tuesday night said that two more victims bodies, including Regelbrugge's body, were taken out from the rubble on Tuesday, raising the affirmed the death toll to 16. 

8 more were found to have been discovered yet hadn't been recouped, Travis Hots, Snohomish County District Fire Chief told reporters Tuesday night.
