An Oak Forest man was taken in custody by the police on Friday in association with the rape of a lady in Park Forest a week ago.
Marc Greska, 34, confronts a lawful offense accusation of bothered battery.
Police say a lady strolling close Shabbona Park was approached by a bare man wearing just boots and a skull top. The man grabbed her from behind and pushes his pelvic part of his body towards her.
Greska is likewise accused of a misdeed tally of disorderly conduct after police say he was seen in the same park on Wednesday wearing only his boots and a cap, despite the fact that he's not blamed for defying anybody in that incident.
